Spring Cupcakes In The Midst Of The Storm!

I've been taking cake decorating classes to improve my decorating techniques. In this weeks class we were focusing on decorating cupcakes with 2 types of flowers. The pom-pom & the shaggy mum. My cupcakes were a German chocolate with an almond buttercream frosting. My professional taste testers (the guys at Jon's shop) said that not only did they look great but they tasted great as well!
