This cake was another fun cake to make. This was for a birthday man turning 30 something & he loves to play pool. He requested lemon cake with coconut buttercream frosting. A nice tropical tasting cake in the middle of fall...I love it!
This is a 2 layer 11" x 7" lemon cake filled & topped with coconut buttercream.
Decorations & covering are made out of fondant.
