This is a chocolate Guinness cake filled with vanilla buttercream and decorated with chocolate buttercream. I threw on a few fondant fall leaves for the decoration. Sometimes simple really is better.

Lightening McQueen
This Lightening McQueen cake is one layer vanilla, one layer triple chocolate fudge filled and covered with vanilla buttcream and decorated with vanilla buttercream fondant. For the car, I used Wilton's 3D Cruiser pan. The car is a triple chocolate fudge cake. I just love this cake design for a little boy!
Cupcake Train
This cupcake train was for a little boy's 3rd birthday. The cupcakes were chocolate with maple buttercream. There were 18 cupcakes in all but I couldn't get a picture of all of them. :) Here's a mini version, the front and the back.
Patriots Logo
This was a lemon cake with vanilla buttercream icing. It was made for a friend's birthday who works with my husband - thus the simple design BUT I do like how the logo turned out! (His name is Norm but my daughter calls him Nooorrrm).
Simple but Elegant
This was a chocolate Guinness cake with Bailey's buttercream icing. I love the simple & elegant design on it.
Steelers Football Birthday
This was a 9x13" chocolate cake filled with peanut buttercream icing iced with chocolate buttercream icing covered with vanilla buttercream. The cupcakes are vanilla with vanilla buttercream.
Halloween Themed 5th Birthday
These cupcakes & cake were for a little boy's 5th birthday party on October 5th. They wanted a Halloween Theme & this is what I came up with. They loved it. The cake is marble with vanilla & chocolate buttercream covered in vanilla fondant. The cupcakes are vanilla with vanilla buttercream.
