Would you guess by looking at this cake that it's Vegan? The cake is made with soy milk, egg replacer and vegan buttery sticks. It's a vanilla vegan birthday cake decorated with vegan vanilla (homemade) buttercream. I replaced the butter with vegan buttery sticks.

A Game Of Pool!
Yet another fun cake to make. This cake had a 6 legged cake board stand. It's vanilla cake filled with peanut butter buttercream with mini chocolate chips. It's decorated with vanilla buttercream and vanilla buttercream fondant. The pool ball cupcakes are vanilla and triple chocolate fudge decorated with vanilla buttercream.
This cake was made for a woman's husband's birthday - he wanted a pool table for his birthday so he's getting one! ;)

Introducing Vegan Cakes and Vegan Buttercream!
I was contacted by someone who wanted to know if I could make a vegan cake. I had never made a vegan cake but after looking at recipes I realized that making a vegan cake was fairly simple.
This is the website that I found while looking up recipes. http://www.vrg.org/recipes/vegancakes.htm By using these three ingredients as replacements of milk, eggs and butter I was able to make a really good vanilla vegan cake.

For the vanilla buttercream icing - I used Wilson's Buttercream recipe and used the Vegan Buttery Sticks and water instead of milk.
Due to the higher cost of materials Vegan cakes will cost an extra $5 or an extra $10 for a sheet cake.
